Red Bull Switzerland invites you to join its 18-month Graduate Program starting July 2027. As Communications Graduate you will gain hands-on experience in media relations, content development and project management while working on Switzerland's exciting sports, culture and brand projects.

You will collaborate with teams, identify newsworthy stories, manage campaigns, and build relationships with journalists and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Proven excellence in academic life.
• Relevant work or internship experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a go-getter mentality.
• Open and solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in German or French (written, spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Storytelling & Media Relations: identify newsworthy stories and support distribution through media and partnerships.
• Content Development & Creative Communications: transform ideas into compelling assets for releases, features, or campaigns.
• Project Management & Campaign Activation: lead smaller projects and assist larger campaigns across sports, culture and brand initiatives.
• Partnership & Stakeholder Management: collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to deliver projects with excellence.
