Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search is seeking a Geneva-based Head of Operations to manage and develop the trading operations function. You will lead a team of about 10 people and ensure smooth execution of physical commodity and derivatives trading activity.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in physical commodity trading operations and proven leadership in a complex international environment. Geneva-based with Swiss residency or eligibility to work in Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience within physical commodity trading operations.
• Experience leading an operations team in an international trading environment.
• Strong knowledge of commodity trade execution, logistics, documentation, Incoterms and settlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operations function with a team of ~10.
• Own trade execution across the portfolio with front-office collaboration.
• Oversee logistics, documentation and settlement across international flows.
• Serve as the senior operational contact across Trading, Finance, Legal and Compliance.
• Drive process and system improvements as the business expands into new products and markets.
