Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Commissioning Team Leader in Baden, Switzerland to lead a skilled team of engineers through complex commissioning projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in commissioning, start-up, or operations in industries such as power generation, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing commissioning teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all commissioning phases, including pre-commissioning checks, functional testing, and performance verification.

• Identify and resolve complex technical issues during commissioning, implementing corrective actions and optimizing system performance.
• Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials effectively to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Uphold safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations throughout the process.
