Zusammenfassung

SKAN is seeking a commissioning and qualification engineer for its state-of-the-art systems in the pharmaceutical industry. You will spend about 50% of your time on site with worldwide customers during commissioning and qualification, gaining exposure to diverse cultures and languages.

You will work with PLCs, perform IQ/OQ, I/O tests, documentation, and calibration of sensors while contributing to validation activities through the SKAN Academy.

Qualifikationen

• Engineer in mechatronics, electrical or systems engineering (entry-level welcome).
• GMP-regulated environment experience is advantageous.
• Driving licence is required.
• Strong MS-Office skills; very good English and German (B1.2/B2) required.

Aufgaben

• Commissioning of (Isolator-) systems and peripherals; work with PLCs.
• Input/Output tests and line tests; document according to cGMP.
• IQ/OQ of (Isolator-) systems with design document checks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical or software deviations.

Overview

The position as a commissioning and qualification engineer for our state-of-the-art systems offers you the opportunity to develop your technical flair and learn a lot in a diversified work environment. The team and the training provided by our SKAN Academy will help you get started in our field of activity. You will spend around 50% of your time on site at our worldwide pharmaceutical customers during commissioning and qualification, which will give you the opportunity to get to know new cultures and actively use your language skills.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning of (Isolator-) systems as well as peripherals and working with common PLCs
• Input/Output Tests (I/O-Tests) and line-Tests
• Documentation according to cGMP
• Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) of (Isolator-) systems:
• Design document checks against plant (PID-Diagram, Electrical & Pneumatic Diagram or Label lists)
• Sensor / Instrument calibration and adjustment
• Qualification of ventilation system (Filter test, air velocity mapping and cleanliness class)
• Alarm testing & Functional tests
• Documentation according to cGMP
• Troubleshooting, Analysis and elimination of mechanical, electrical or software deviations

Hardskills

• Engineer in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or similar (also entry-level and graduates from university)
• Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment or in the field of validation/qualification is an advantage
• Driving licence is a must
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Very good English and German language skills are essential. The minimum requirement for German language skills is a completed Level B1.2 or B2 (preferred)
