Zusammenfassung

Bathco in Switzerland is seeking a senior leader to own Bath Material procurement and drive the sourcing strategy for global markets. You will build and manage supplier relationships, coordinate with sales, technical and operations teams, and steer competitive supply chains.

You will negotiate contracts, guide pricing, and oversee selected smelter accounts while traveling internationally around 20% of the time. Fluency in English and an entrepreneurial, independent mindset are essential.

Jobbeschreibung

You will take responsibility for Bathco’s Bath Material activities, building on an established business and shaping its future development. You will lead purchasing and sourcing strategy, identifying where to secure material and how and where to process it to serve the most attractive sales markets.

On the sales side, you will manage your own portfolio of external customers and supply Bathco’s internal customers across the group. Working closely with our sales, technical and operations teams, you will connect sourcing opportunities with customer requirements, develop competitive supply chains and provide market intelligence and pricing guidance to support commercial decisions.

You will also manage selected smelter key accounts, building lasting relationships, understanding their operational needs and identifying opportunities across Bathco’s wider range of products and technologies.
