Formación

• MA in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics or equivalent covering at least one focus area: Combustion engines, electric machines, power electric.
• Ability to structure cross-functional technical workstreams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong command of English; German is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Work on combustion engines and generator systems, connecting diverse engineering disciplines to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary engineering teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders across development, manufacturing, maintenance and service.
• Help ensure that complex technical solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
