Qualifikationen

• Experience in a regulated environment.

• Perform regular maintenance on machines, equipment, and systems to minimize downtime.
• Identify and resolve malfunctions to ensure production continuity.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans for early problem detection.

• Participate in CIP and internal projects to improve efficiency and quality.

• Identify malfunctions quickly and develop effective solutions.
• Document maintenance and repair work clearly.
• Keep team updated with OSHA standards.
• Organize and maintain spare parts stock.
• Lead and motivate team for productive environment.
