The position requires EFZ IT training or equivalent, solid knowledge of Microsoft 365/Azure/Intune/Autopilot, and excellent German and English skills.

Qualifikationen

• Need EFZ IT training or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Autopilot.
• Good knowledge of MS client/server infrastructures, networks and backups.

Aufgaben

• Support and administration of IT infrastructures for SME clients in remote and on-site deployment.
• Handling faults and enquiries in 1st and 2nd line support.
• Participation in planning and implementing demanding IT projects.
• Ensuring stable operational IT operations and taking project responsibility.
• Evaluate and utilise modern Microsoft cloud technologies to develop client environments.
