Sie arbeitet mit dem EMEA CMA Manager, sorgt für regulatorische Compliance und bietet klinische Unterstützung bei Live-Fällen, Proctoring und wissenschaftlichen Meetings. Reisetätigkeit ist deutlich.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse mit aktueller Zulassung oder gleichwertiger klinischer Qualifikation.
• Pflegeabschluss oder gleichwertige akademische Qualifikation.
• Pädagogische oder Ausbildungserfahrung wünschenswert.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der kardiologischen Intervention oder vergleichbare Tätigkeit.
• Erfahrung in PCI/CTO; Erfahrung in EVAR/TEVAR/TAVI; periphere vaskuläre Interventionen.
• Fähigkeiten in kardialem Katheterlabor und vaskulärer/Interventional Radiology.
• Erfahrung in Bildung/Schulung mit Simulationen und Workshops.
• Erfahrung in Lehrpräsentationen für medizinisches Personal.

Aufgaben

• Klinische Schulungen von Kunden im Umgang mit dem Interventional-Portfolio
• Durchführung von klinischen Workshops, Live-Fällen und Proctoring
• Unterstützung bei Pre- Congress-Workshops und Education-Programmen
• Entwicklung und Lieferung von Bildungsaktivitäten unter Beachtung regulatorischer Vorgaben
• Anpassung und Verfolgung von Produkt-Einführungsplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Manager
• Führung von Schulungsunterlagen und Berichte an CMA-Führungsebene
• Unterstützung bei Bildungszuschüssen und Forschungsanträgen mit CMA & Global Team
• Bereitstellung klinischer Unterstützung für Vertrieb und Kunden
• Aufbau/Erhalt von Beziehungen zu Key Opinion Leaders
• Koordination von Schulungen mit PM/NSM für Vertriebsmitglieder
• Durchführung von Feld-Clinical-Troubleshooting in Zusammenarbeit mit QA/RA
• Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen und Repräsentation des Unternehmens
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit CMA, Marketing & Sales und Einhaltung von HCP-Richtlinien

Zusammenfassung der Position

The Clinical & Medical Affairs (CMA) Specialist Interventional reports to the EMEA CMA Manager and is responsible for supporting the safe and effective use of the Interventional portfolio in Austria & Switzerland.

The Clinical Specialist will assist with education programs and collaborate with key physicians & health providers to provide country level education and clinical support. Working with the EMEA CMA Manager, the post will facilitate legal compliance with HCP interactions and education delivery. Clinical support and procedural education will be provided to physicians, nurses, technicians, etc. to include support for live cases/proctorships/scientific meetings and other educational programs in the therapeutic areas related to focus products. Society engagements facilitating the exchange of scientific information, in close collaboration with the EMEA CMA Manager and CMA Leadership team.

The CS will assist the BU CMA Leader, BU Commercial Leaders and Marketing department in the identification and delivery of appropriate internal and external customer training and education programs to support the Business Unit focused product portfolio. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to trouble shoot medical device applications in a cardiology clinical setting are necessary.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Clinical procedural training of customers in the use of the Teleflex Interventional portfolio to ensure safe and effective utilisation of the product.
• Facilitate the implementation of clinical workshops, live cases and proctoring for focused interventional products.
• Support pre-congress workshops and in-booth education programs.
• Develop and deliver educational activities ensuring compliance with Teleflex regulatory requirements.
• Customize, monitor and track product deployment plans for accounts in conjunction with the Manager.
• Maintain training records and report these to CMA leadership.
• Support the educational grant process & research submissions in conjunction with EMEA Clinical Manager and Global Scientific Research Services Team.
• Provide clinical support to the commercial team and all customers.
• Assist with the development and relationship maintenance of Key Opinion Leaders.
• Responsible for clinical product training in conjunction with product manager (PM) and NSM for sales/marketing team members.
• Facilitate training requests for approved education courses (on & off site).
• Perform field clinical trouble-shooting on the Company's products by working with clinicians as required & in collaboration with the QA/RA teams.
• Develop ethical, long-term customer relationships and represent the Company positively through field travel, clinical interaction, and medical/scientific meetings.
• Collaborate & communicate effectively across CMA, Marketing & Sales team and remain compliant to Teleflex HCP policy and legal education requirements.
• Maintain regular clinical credibility with Interventional cardiology and undertake the necessary revalidation requirements to maintain Registered Nurse status (if applicable).
• Other assigned duties and responsibilities as required by CMA objectives.

Anforderungen an Ausbildung/Erfahrung

• Registered Nurse with current registration or other clinical qualification.
• Degree level nursing qualification or equivalent academic provision.
• Professional instructors/education qualification desirable.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in Cardiology Interventional Nursing within a cardiac catheter laboratory. Alternatively, proven experience in the sector.
• Experience in PCI and preferably with Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO) cases; experience in Structural procedures such as EVAR, TEVAR and TAVI procedures; experience in peripheral vascular interventions.
• Skills and competencies in cardiac catheter laboratory and Vascular or Interventional Radiology nursing.
• Proven experience of education and teaching using simulation and workshop approaches.
• Experience of developing and delivering teaching presentations to a group of health care professionals

• Established track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Austrian or Swiss German speaker and English.
• Clinical proficiency in area of clinical training.
• Based in Austria or Switzerland with the driving license.
• Post will require frequent travel across Switzerland and at times to Austria and occasional trips abroad (up to 75% of working time).
