Roche in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland, invites applications for a Clinical Master Production Scheduler (MPS) Intern. You will support the management of the Master Production Schedule for clinical and pre-clinical packaging, focusing on digitizing scheduling workflows with data analytics and automation.

You will work with Planning, Manufacturing and Quality to ensure timely delivery of clinical supplies, balance order volumes with capacity, and respond to change requests.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing/completed university degree in relevant fields; strong interest in supply chain.
• Strong planning, organization and time-management skills.
• Analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities to simplify data for stakeholders.
• Excellent German and English communication and presentation skills.
• GMP familiarity and ERP systems exposure (SAP/OMP/APO) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Digitize and automate scheduling reports and dashboards to improve visibility.
• Analyze clinical supply data to identify capacity bottlenecks and run what-if analyses.
• Assist in detailed scheduling of packaging activities to meet timelines.
• Own and level-load order volumes to respect an 8-week horizon.
• Manage order change requests based on customer needs and site capacity.
• Document processes for global harmonization and support lean production via digital tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to track KPIs and recommend schedule improvements.
