Swibeco, Switzerland's leading employee benefits platform, invites a Client Success Associate to join our Zurich team. You will onboard clients, provide ongoing guidance, and collaborate with HR leaders to promote and implement Swibeco solutions.

In this role you will engage cross-functionally, gather client feedback, and drive improvements to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty with our benefits platform.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, hospitality or related field with at least 2 years' experience.
• Fluent in English and German; Swiss German a plus; other languages appreciated.
• Strong business acumen and client-facing communication skills.

To support our ambition, we are looking for a Client Success Associate to strengthen our team in Zurich.

About the Role

As a Client Success Associate, you will report directly to the Head of Client Success and play a key role in strengthening relationships with our clients while promoting Swibeco's solutions. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure our clients receive exceptional support and guidance. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in client success, sales, and business development.

Your tasks will include:

• Client Onboarding: Initiate contact and support new clients through a smooth transition, working closely with the Business Development team.
• Client Support & Engagement: Help clients understand the full range of Swibeco's offerings, providing relevant guidance, training, and ongoing support.
• Sales & Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with HR Managers and Directors in leading Swiss companies, selling and implementing solutions that enhance employee benefits programs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to translate client needs into innovative solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Client Feedback & Improvement: Collect and act on client feedback, continuously improving our services to ensure a loyal and engaged client base.

Requirements

Who we are looking for

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field with at least 2 years experience.
• You are fluent in both English and German (Swiss German is a plus) and can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Any additional language skills (French and/or Italian) being also appreciated.
• You have a strong business acumen and are comfortable interacting with clients.
• You have excellent relationship-building skills and a keen understanding of client needs.
• You are dynamic, proactive, and have strong organizational and time management skills, able to work autonomously while contributing to team success.
• You have a "can-do" attitude, are a quick learner, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
