IMD International is seeking a Client Finance & Services Partner to ensure accurate invoicing, revenue integrity, and timely cash collection. You will work with Program Advisors and multiple departments to resolve issues, align expectations, and drive process improvements.

The role emphasizes client focus, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication in a fast-changing international environment. Proficiency in English and French is valued, with a Swiss work setting in Lausanne.

Qualifications

• High School graduate (Swiss Baccalaureate level).
• Experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience with invoicing and payment processes, including complex client situations.

Responsabilités

• Record invoices, payments, transfers and cancellations in IMD's systems in coordination with Accounting & Sales.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables to support timely cash collection.
• Serve as the main finance contact for client questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery from enrolment through invoicing and payment.
• Identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities in invoicing.
