Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry.
• Fluency in English and German and effective communication skills.
• A strong team player with a strong interest in delivering high-level client service.
• Good understanding of financial products and markets.
• Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS Office).
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place.
• Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (cash management, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renewals, etc.).
• Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
• Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of client meetings and in the preparation of investment proposals.
• Ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients and the timely closure of client accounts.
