Two.jobs GmbH is seeking a Team Leader: Client Accounting in Winterthur to lead a versatile team responsible for accurate client accounting, central billing quality, and reliable financial statements with cross-department coordination. The role focuses on driving process development and ensuring high service quality.

The position requires leadership experience in finance, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to improving collaboration with internal and external interfaces.

Qualificações

• Commercial basic training and further education in accounting.
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting and initial leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and networked thinking with good understanding of processes and interrelationships.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and implement changes with others.
• Clear and appreciative communication, assertiveness, teamwork and service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the client accounting team and promoting reliable collaboration.
• Ensuring accurate client accounting and quality assurance of central billing, monthly and annual statements with Controlling & Finance and city accounting.
• Handling collection of claims and refunds and re-invoicing for asylum social assistance.
• Planning and controlling workflows and resources; providing qualified support.
• Developing processes and quality standards and representing client accounting in cross-cutting projects.
