Job summary

LUXTELLIGENCE SA seeks a Cleanroom Process Engineer to support MPW/DPW runs on thin-film lithium niobate and tantalate photonic ICs. You will execute run cards, troubleshoot cleanroom issues, and maintain process documentation, with growth into PDK components and process development.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, contribute to metrology and data analysis, and help optimize the fabrication workflow for LNOI400 and LTOI300 stacks, including RF termination upgrades.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cleanroom experience in lithography, etching, deposition, metallization, and lift-off.
• Ability to follow run cards rigorously with attention to detail.
• Basic data analysis using Excel, Python or MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Execute MPW/DPW runs in cleanroom following run cards and customer designs.
• Support optimization of process flow for LNOI400 and LTOI300 stacks; contribute to PDK components.
• Perform in-line and end-of-line metrology (SEM, AFM, profilometry, ellipsometry).
• Carry out device testing and data analysis for MPW yields and quality control.
• Assist in PDK development and EDA tool integration with design team.
