Qualifikationen

• University/FH degree in Engineering, Food Technology or Business Administration.
• Several years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Sales, or a comparable strategic role with portfolio management, pricing, product launches, market analysis, and commercialization activities.
• Strong business acumen with technical affinity and the ability to translate customer needs into profitable opportunities.
• Very good English communication and strong stakeholder management across functions, regions, and cultures.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20–30%).

Aufgaben

• Define the roadmap and grow the portfolio by identifying market opportunities and ensuring long‑term competitiveness of products and services.
• Lead full lifecycle of products and services including new introductions, optimization, standardization, service development, and phase‑outs.
• Translate customer and market needs into solutions by gathering insights and analyzing industry trends.
• Define value propositions, pricing strategies, business cases, and commercialization plans for products and services.
• Create and steer sales and marketing content, enable sales teams with tools/training, and represent Bühler at events.
