Zusammenfassung

Swissquote is seeking a Head Controlling & Risk to lead the Controlling & Risk department and oversee a multidisciplinary team of about 20. The role ensures credit, market, liquidity, operational and related regulatory risks are identified, monitored, challenged and reported across the Group in line with the Board's risk appetite.

You will supervise the internal control framework, maintain risk policies, contribute to risk governance, and liaise with FINMA, SIX and other regulators.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience with multiple risk disciplines and governance.

• Lead the Controlling & Risk department and a 20-person team.
• Oversee credit, market, liquidity, operational risks and related regulatory reporting.
• Maintain and improve internal control framework and risk policies.
