Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a fast-growing implantable medical devices company to recruit a COO/VP Operations to design and scale the operating model, lead end-to-end operations, and drive performance.

The successful candidate will own Manufacturing, Supply Chain, RA/QA, and Operational Excellence, partnering with the CEO to accelerate growth while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance across markets, including the US.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in regulated medical device environments (mandatory).
• Proven experience scaling operations in a high-growth environment.
• CIO/COO level leadership experience or equivalent.
• Strong exposure to: Product Development, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs & Quality.
• Significant exposure to the US market is strongly preferred.
• Strong business and commercial understanding.
• Product intuition and appreciation for innovation.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring

• Experience operating in regulated medical device environments (mandatory), implantable strongly preferred
