Qualifications

• Knowledge of spoken and written English at least B2 level.
• Education in the field of Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, etc.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand cement hydration chemistry and mechanisms; study chemical admixtures used to boost strength and dispersion.
• Implement and set up robust testing procedures to evaluate chemicals in fresh and hard state on paste, mortar and/or concrete.
• Screen chemistries to identify promising leads for synthesis or selection, to be industrialized with Cemex teams.
