Job summary

Viteos Solutions SA, a Swiss subsidiary, is seeking a Project Manager for Energy Solutions & Storage to lead multi-technology energy projects from design to commissioning, including photovoltaics, energy storage, heat pumps, and related electrical installations.

You will develop our energy storage activity (large capacity projects), coordinate partners and contractors, and help grow the business by preparing offers and identifying new opportunities, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education (HES/EPF/ES or equivalent) in energy or electrical engineering.
• Proven PV projects with storage (BESS) experience.
• Knowledge of Swiss technical and electrical standards.
• Strong project management, coordination, and budget monitoring skills.
• Autonomy, initiative, and teamwork.
• Category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-technology energy projects from design to commissioning (PV, storage, heat pumps, RCP).
• Develop energy storage activity, incl. large capacity storage projects.
• Coordinate partners and contractors, ensure budgets, deadlines and quality.
• Contribute to commercial development by preparing offers and identifying opportunities.
• Evolve services with new solutions aligned to market needs and tech innovations.
• Maintain close, trusting relationships with clients and partners.

Your profile

• Higher technical education (HES, EPF, ES or equivalent) in the fields of energy, electrical engineering or electrotechnics, or a professional background deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience in photovoltaic projects with storage and large capacity storage installations (BESS).
• Mastery of sizing tools and good knowledge of Swiss technical and electrical standards.
• Strong skills in project management, coordination, and budget monitoring.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and initiative.
• Good interpersonal skills, service orientation, and a taste for teamwork.
• Curiosity for new technologies and the challenges of the energy transition.
• Category B driving licence.
