Job summary

Viteos Solutions SA in Neuchâtel is seeking a Project Manager - Energy & Thermal to lead thermal projects from client needs through commissioning, ensuring on-budget, on-time delivery and strong client satisfaction.

You will perform thermal studies, size heat pump installations, coordinate suppliers and trades, monitor sites, and manage permits and subsidy applications while driving energy optimisation for existing buildings.

Qualifications

• Autonomous and pragmatic, you take initiatives and drive your projects forward while fostering team spirit and collaboration.
• Comfortable on site and with clients, you apply your expertise to energy optimisation and future solutions.
• Ideally ES Technician or HES Engineer in building technology, energy, HVAC/thermal or equivalent; CECB/CECB+ expert is essential.

Your profile

• Comfortable both on site and with clients, you wish to apply your expertise to energy optimisation and the development of tomorrow’s solutions.
• Ideally, you hold a qualification as an ES Technician or HES Engineer in building technology, energy, HVAC/thermal or equivalent.
• A technical CFC complemented by higher education and solid experience in the field is also welcome.
• You must be certified as a CECB / CECB+ Expert, a qualification essential for this position.

A glance at your benefits:

• Mobile phone: You receive a monthly allowance of CHF 17.- for a Swisscom subscription. Every two years, you receive CHF 250.- for the purchase of a mobile phone (subject to HR department conditions).
• Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Thursday between 7am and 5pm, and Friday until 3:30pm.
• REKA cheques: 25% bonus on your REKA cheques, up to CHF 150.- per year.
• Health insurance allowance: CHF 60.- per month pro rata to your work rate.
• Fleet discount: At your garage for the purchase of a new private vehicle.
• Supplement to family allowance: CHF 100.- per month per child.
