The GERBE Retirement Centre is looking for an experienced manager to lead the domestic services area, overseeing cleaning and laundry, and driving high service levels. You will lead a team of about 22 employees and ensure professional, customer-oriented domestic services with strict quality and hygiene standards.

Successful candidates have formal training in hospitality-domestic services, with leadership skills and strong collaboration abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as a hospitality-domestic services specialist EFZ or equivalent
• Further training as a hospitality-domestic services area manager EFA is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in domestic services
• Leadership skills, ability to work in a team and enjoyment of collaboration
• High service orientation, respectful interaction with residents and relatives
• Organisational talent, responsible and solution-oriented working style
• Good communication skills, quality awareness and confident use of common Office programmes
