Job summary

Richemont in Switzerland invites a motivated undergraduate or recent graduate to join the Change Management team for a 6-month internship in Geneva/Meyrin. You will assist with workshops, stakeholder engagement, communications and reporting, gaining hands-on experience in change delivery for Retail initiatives.

You will plan meetings, draft communications, support training strategy, and help maintain documentation such as user guides and OneWiki pages while coordinating schedules across

Qualifications

• Bachelor student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong organisation, time management and written and verbal communication skills.
• School/university internship agreement required; available for 6 months from February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Help plan workshops, stakeholder meetings, including agendas, presentations, invitations and follow-ups.
• Draft communications and support newsletters, stakeholder updates and reporting.
• Support change impact assessment and training strategy definition.
• Support documentation strategy (User guide creation and maintenance, OneWiki pages)
• Compile activity data, maintain team documentation and coordinate schedules across stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings and training while learning change, adoption and engagement practices.
• Provide flexible administrative and project support as priorities evolve.

YOUR MISSION:
