UBP - Union Bancaire Privée is seeking a project-led transformation expert for the Cash department in Switzerland. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and reinforce governance while supporting Cash Transfers/FX/MM/Treasury operations teams.

Focus areas include transformation, automation, quality, and risk reduction, without direct BAU processing. English and French fluency is required, with German/Italian a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering cross-functional projects in payments/treasury operations.
• Strong governance, risk, and control mindset with process improvement focus.
• Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage initiatives end-to-end.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end Cash Services projects (TO model, process re-engineering, automation).
• Own project lifecycle: scope, plan, RAID logs, testing strategy, go-live and reviews.
• Ensure alignment with group standards, audits, and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with Cash, IT, Front Office, Treasury, Compliance, Risk, Legal.
