Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Business Manager for its International business based in Zurich. This cross-functional role supports the Head of International on strategic initiatives, governance, and executive communications, while driving operational efficiency across the region.

You will prepare management reports, contribute to strategic planning, and collaborate with teams across Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal & Compliance to enable growth in private markets.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, business management, financial services, or related fields
• Excellent communication skills; translate complex topics into clear messaging
• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and multi-priority management
• Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career at iCapital
• Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Business Management & Strategy team, directly supporting the Head of International on strategic, operational, and business management initiatives
• Prepare executive presentations, briefing materials, and management reports for senior leadership
• Assist with strategic business planning, management reporting, and tracking of strategic priorities and objectives
• Support executive communications, including business updates, town halls, and the internal newsletter publication and enhancement
• Help drive process improvements, governance initiatives, and operational efficiency across the International business
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to develop insights and recommendations for business development
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with teams across Client Solutions, Product, Finance, Corporate Development, Marketing, Legal & Compliance
• Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc business management activities as required

About the Role

iCapital is seeking a Business Manager for its International business. This cross-functional role is ideal for a motivated and analytically minded individual with strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a keen interest in private markets.

The role offers close exposure to senior management and the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, executive communications, and business management activities that support the continued growth of iCapital's International business. Based in Zurich, this position provides a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the rapidly evolving private markets ecosystem and build a career with one of the fastest-growing FinTech companies in the world.

Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Strong academic credentials in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, business management, financial services, or related fields
• Strong interest in financial markets, private markets, and the asset and wealth management industry
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging
• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic, eager to build a long-term career at iCapital
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; technology-minded with a continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal
• Previous experience at an asset manager, wealth manager, bank, or consulting firm is advantageous

Benefits

• Employees in this role will work in the office four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week (Friday).
