Business Development Manager, 100%
Location: Muttenz, Switzerland

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSHC) segment and drive innovative logistics solutions.

Your impact:

• Generate new business and expand key accounts
• Develop and execute growth strategies and go-to-market initiatives
• Launch new products, including cold chain solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver revenue growth (€3M+ target)
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team

Your profile:

• 5–8 years of experience in business development or solution sales
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare logistics, or cold chain solutions is a strong advantage
• Strong commercial mindset and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in LSHC or logistics is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
• Proven experience managing large and complex customer accounts
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
