OM Pharma is inviting applications for a paid 4 to 6-month internship at our Meyrin headquarters near Geneva. You will support the identification and assessment of business development opportunities for our brand portfolio worldwide.

Under the Head of Business Development & Alliance Management, you will collaborate with regional commercial, business insights and finance teams to analyze potential partners, build forecasts, and prepare meeting materials for decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a mandatory internship of 4–6 months
• Strong analytical skills with interest in business development and international markets
• Fluent in English and good working knowledge of French

• Support the team in identifying and evaluating potential partners for OM Pharma's portfolio across international markets
• Contribute to the evaluation and comparison of potential partners' business cases through commercial and financial analyses
• Develop sales forecasts incorporating historical sales trends, market price evolution, exchange rate assumptions and supply cost parameters
• Participate in discussions with prospective partners and contribute to the preparation of meeting materials and minutes
• Coordinate the preparation and execution of confidentiality agreements and support the exchange of information throughout assessment processes
• Collaborate with regional commercial, business insights and finance teams to gather and validate key business assumptions
• Prepare structured analyses and clear recommendations to support decision-making by management and key stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development assessment tools and processes

In this context, we are offering a paid 4 to 6-month internship, ideally starting in September 2026 (or as agreed), based at our headquarters in Meyrin. Under the guidance of the Head of Business Development & Alliance Management and in close collaboration with the regional commercial, business insights and finance teams, your mission is to support the identification and assessment of business development opportunities for OM Pharma's brand portfolio worldwide.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Support the team in identifying and evaluating potential partners for OM Pharma's portfolio across international markets
• Contribute to the evaluation and comparison of potential partners' business cases through commercial and financial analyses
• Develop sales forecasts incorporating historical sales trends, market price evolution, exchange rate assumptions and supply cost parameters
• Participate in discussions with prospective partners and contribute to the preparation of meeting materials and minutes
• Coordinate the preparation and execution of confidentiality agreements and support the exchange of information throughout assessment processes

To carry out these activities, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, which includes a mandatory 4 to 6-month internship formalized through a tripartite agreement with your university
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in business development and international markets
• Strong command of Excel, including advanced functions and data modelling, as well as PowerPoint for the preparation of impactful presentations
• Fluent in English, preferably with a good working knowledge of French
