Zusammenfassung

Job-Room sucht einen erfahrenen Business Analysten (m/w/d) am Standort Bern, Vollzeit, Start nach Vereinbarung. Sie analysieren und dokumentieren Geschäftsprozesse, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und arbeiten eng mit Stakeholdern zusammen.

Sie unterstützen Legacy-Modernisierung, Systemmigration und Schnittstellenlandschaften und prüfen Auswirkungen auf die Zielarchitektur. CPRE Foundation Zertifizierung ist Voraussetzung; CCBA/CBAP von Vorteil.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst, idealerweise mindestens vier Jahre.
• Gültige CPRE Foundation Zertifizierung; CCBA oder CBAP vorteilhaft.
• Erfahrung mit Legacy-Modernisierung, Systemmigration und interface-lastigen Landschaften.
• Sehr gutes Deutsch (C1 Pflicht) und gutes Französisch (mind. B1).

Aufgaben

• Sie analysieren und dokumentieren Geschäftsprozesse und identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale.
• Sie stimmen Anforderungen mit Stakeholdern durch strukturierte Reviews ab.
• Sie pflegen und priorisieren das Backlog zusammen mit dem Product Owner und dem Product-Management.
• Sie analysieren Legacy-Anwendungen und Schnittstellen und bewerten Auswirkungen auf die Zielarchitektur.
• Sie entwickeln und bewerten Lösungsoptionen zusammen mit IT-Architektur und Engineering.
• Sie tragen zu SAFe-Zeremonien wie PI Planning, System Demos und Inspect & Adapt bei.
• Sie dokumentieren Konzepte und Migrationspläne.

Your tasks:

You analyse and document business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

You align requirements with stakeholders through structured reviews.

You maintain and prioritise the backlog together with the Product Owner and product management.

You analyse legacy applications and interfaces and assess the impact on the target architecture.

You develop and evaluate solution options together with IT architecture and engineering.

You contribute to SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demos and Inspect & Adapt.

You document concepts and migration plans.

Your profile:

Several years in a business analyst role, ideally at least four

Valid CPRE Foundation certification; CCBA or CBAP is an advantage

Experience with legacy modernisation, system migration and interface-heavy landscapes

Very good German (C1 mandatory) and good French (at least B1)
