Project Focus

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer to further develop digital onboarding and product launch processes for an interdisciplinary DevOps team in Zurich. The focus will be on analyzing and optimizing customer processes along the entire customer lifecycle and their successful implementation in digital applications. Start date: November 1, 2026, full-time (100%) in Zurich for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and assess their feasibility
• Develop and evaluate future-oriented solutions, taking into account cost-effectiveness, quality, and risks
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, features, and user stories
• Actively support implementation, testing, and rollout
• Provide operational support and analyze and resolve incidents and defects
• Plan and moderate workshops with relevant business and IT stakeholders
• Work closely with Business Engineering, Product Management, subject-matter experts, DevOps, and IT Architecture

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Engineer, or in a comparable business-IT interface role
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Banking & Finance, or a comparable qualification
• Strong experience with Client Onboarding, digital product opening, or Client Lifecycle Management, ideally within the financial sector
• Knowledge of business and process-related topics such as KYC, reviews, and change/mutation processes
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a strong affinity for digital processes and applications
• Confident presence and excellent communication skills
