Turiq is an ETH-born team in Zürich building the operating system for AI-native finance. We turn every signal inside a financial institution into one coherent story, carried by agents, not meetings. We're already onboarding real companies onto the live product and working on it full-time. Your code goes to users, not a demo.
Work directly with the founding team from day one. You'll ship across the stack, backend and frontend, on the live product, and take on more ownership as fast as you can carry it. Small team, no layers, no busywork: what you build ships.
Someone hands-on who moves quickly and wants to shape what we're building, not just take tickets. Comfortable across backend and frontend web development. Bonus if you're drawn to AI agents, or to finance as a domain worth getting deep on. English required, German is a plus.
CHF 35/hour plus equity potential.
A live product with real customers in a serious domain. You'll see your work used, not shelved.
Real ownership early, and the technical scope grows with you.
Optional relocation to San Francisco with the team next year.
Turiq is a pre-seed startup founded by Ryan and Boris, two ETH students, angel-backed by the former CIO of UBS. We work at the intersection of AI and finance, and we've just gone full time with signed contracts at two financial firms, a consultancy and an asset manager, both onboarding now.
