Camp de Base, an executive search firm, seeks a professional with 3–5 years in financial markets and a strong interdealer broker background to join its Europe-focused desk. You will manage and grow client relationships across Europe, support daily order flow, pricing and execution, and identify new business opportunities to contribute to the desk’s expansion.

Multilingual capabilities (English/French) are essential for collaboration with cross-border clients.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in financial markets with an established client base.
• Proven track record within an interdealer brokerage firm.
• Strong knowledge of interest rate derivatives and cross currency products.
• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Professional French required (B2 minimum).
• Broker background only: banking profiles will not be considered.

Job Description

Mandatory requirements

• 3 to 5 years' experience in financial markets, with an existing and established client base
• Proven track record within an interdealer brokerage firm (existing client portfolio is a must)
• Strong knowledge of interest rate derivatives and cross currency products
• Fluent English (native or bilingual level)
• Professional French required (B2 minimum)
• Broker background only: banking profiles will not be considered

Role

• The desk is being expanded with a newly created position. You will join a team of 6 people. No management responsibilities.
• Manage and grow client relationships across Europe
• Support daily order flow, pricing and execution
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the desk
• Work with colleagues across the group's offices to deliver a high standard of service

Profile / Requirements

• Solid knowledge of CHF FX forward markets, with long-standing relationships with interbank traders
• Ambitious, proactive, comfortable in an international environment
• Professional French; Another European language is a plus
• Preferred background : Interdealer brokers (IRS, cross currency, FX forwards, fixed income).
