You will train staff, manage day-to-day store operations, oversee stock and replenishment, and ensure smooth operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Fluent English and high proficiency in German are required, with strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

• Training: plan, prepare and facilitate Sales staff’s training; lead induction of new employees.
• Inventory: analyze stock, report damaged goods, and propose replenishment actions.
