Nidecker Group in Rolle, Switzerland, seeks a product designer for the Boots team to lead the boots category from trend research through final product approval. You will partner with the Boots Developer to ensure design intent is technically achievable and delivered on time.

You will shape line plans using sales data and develop colorways and material stories, collaborating on packaging, storytelling, and launches with an international team, traveling as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, product design, or related field.
• 3+ years in product design or related role, preferably in footwear.

Aufgaben

• Lead trend, color, and material research for seasonal boots direction.
• Translate line plans into design concepts with sketches and mood boards.
• Own line plan management using sales data and category vision.
• Brief color, materials, graphics, and trims for Tech Pack creation.
• Review samples with developers at key milestones to validate design intent.
• Collaborate on cost, sourcing, and manufacturing trade-offs without losing concept.
