Nidecker Group is seeking a talented Product Designer to lead the boots category from concept through go-to-market. Based in Rolle, Switzerland, you’ll drive creative direction, line planning, and collaboration with the Boots Developer to ensure design intent is feasible, on-time, and aligned with our brand strategy.

You’ll manage materials, color stories, and tech packs, while partnering with marketing, studios, and key suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• Strong trend forecasting, color, and material storytelling within footwear or related product category.
• Solid understanding of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes; ability to brief Tech Packs accurately.
• Ability to balance creative vision with technical feasibility, cost constraints, and sourcing realities.
• Proven line planning experience using sales data and category performance to inform range strategy.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage milestones, SMU projects, and deadlines.
• Comfort working within a structured seasonal calendar and brand creative brief.
• Excellent cross-functional partnership skills with Developers, Marketing, and studio teams.
• Confident presenter capable of leading workshops and gathering stakeholder feedback.

Aufgaben

• Lead trend, color, and material research to define the seasonal creative direction for the boots category.
• Translate the line plan into design concepts: sketches, mood boards, colorways, material stories.
• Own line plan management using sales data and brand strategy to shape the product range.
• Define and brief color, materials, graphics, and trims for Tech Pack creation; ensure alignment with design intent.
• Review samples with the developer at key milestones to validate design integrity.
