Zusammenfassung

LHH is seeking an Associate Specialist Downstream Operations (m/w/d) for a leading biotechnology client in the greater Lucerne area to join their Schachen manufacturing team on site.

In this hands-on role, you will contribute to GMP manufacturing of innovative early-phase biologics, supporting downstream processing while upholding quality, compliance, and operational excellence. This is a 12-month, on-site contract at Schachen, five days a week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
• Experience with biologics manufacturing in GMP environment; chromatography, virus filtration, UF/DF, formulation, fill/freeze would be advantageous.
• Experience with DeltaV and PAS-X is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Set up, execute, and troubleshoot downstream processes under GMP.
• Ensure GMP/EHS compliance and contribute to continuous improvement and tech transfer activities.
• Support sampling activities and occasionally weekend/on-call duties; typical schedule is not shift-based.
