Job summary

PrimeIT Switzerland is seeking a Bioprocess Engineer (100%) in Switzerland to develop, optimize, and scale-up upstream (cell culture) and downstream (purification) processes, and to support technology transfer between development and manufacturing.

You will implement process monitoring, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure GMP compliance and regulatory alignment across all process activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
• Professional experience in upstream and downstream bioprocess engineering.
• Strong knowledge of bioreactors, chromatography, and filtration systems.
• Familiarity with GMP, regulatory expectations, and process validation.
• Problem-solving mindset, team spirit, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities
