Zusammenfassung

Lonza Group AG in Visp, Switzerland seeks a Batch Record Reviewer to ensure timely batch record closures in our buffer preparation facility. This is a fully site‑based role ideal for a motivated graduate or junior professional ready to contribute to bioprocess manufacturing quality.

You will review executed eBRs within MES Syncade for Module P Bufferprep, verify GDP‑aligned steps, identify non‑compliances, and collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Assurance on-site to drive rapid batch

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical life sciences field (pharmacy, engineering, chemistry or related).
• Foundational GMP knowledge and experience with bioprocess manufacturing.
• Experience in batch record review (eBR) or biomanufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with MES systems, ideally MES Syncade.

Aufgaben

• Perform timely and independent reviews of executed eBRs within MES Syncade for Module P Bufferprep.
• Ensure operations batch records are accurately executed, complete, and ready for QA release.
• Verify bioprocess steps were conducted per GDP standards.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve non-compliance issues prior to batch release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing and QA teams on-site to enable rapid batch closure.
