Nobel Biocare in Zurich is seeking a Lab Technician Biomechanics to support verification and characterization of new medical devices in a modern R&D setting. You will work closely with engineers and scientists to advance biomechanical testing programs.

You will prepare and document mechanical tests, analyze results, and contribute to technical reports while maintaining GLP-compliant laboratory practices and collaborating across disciplines.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, Mechatronics or related field.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical testing and data analysis.
• Familiar with ISO standards and GLP requirements.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, conduct and document mechanical tests per SOPs and standards.
• Analyze test results and perform basic statistical evaluations.
• Prepare clear technical reports of findings.
• Support verification and characterization activities in R&D projects.
• Coordinate maintenance, calibration and qualification of lab equipment.
• Ensure laboratory infrastructure remains compliant and operational.
• Review and improve laboratory procedures and SOPs.
• Support failure investigations using optical microscopy and SEM.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams.
