Zusammenfassung

Nobel Biocare in Zürich is seeking a Lab Technician Biomechanics to perform mechanical tests, analyze results, and document findings in clear technical reports within a dynamic R&D setting. Qualifikationen

• Dipl. Techniker HF/TS or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical testing.
• Experience working in interdisciplinary project teams.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Preparing, conducting, and documenting mechanical tests according to internal procedures, SOPs, and international standards.
• Analyzing test results and performing basic statistical evaluations.
• Preparing clear and accurate technical reports.
• Supporting product verification and characterization activities within R&D projects.
• Coordinating maintenance, calibration, and qualification of laboratory equipment.
• Ensuring laboratory infrastructure remains operational, reliable, and compliant.
• Reviewing, maintaining, and improving laboratory procedures and SOPs.
• Supporting failure investigations using optical microscopy and, ideally, scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
• Collaborating closely with engineers, scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory requirements in a regulated laboratory environment.
