Job summary

Roche is seeking a motivated intern to contribute to the tDMPK-PD section in the ADME group. You will perform in vitro experiments to study stability and degradation of biologics and assist in developing PBPK models for pre-clinical to clinical translation.

The role offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge in vitro techniques, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with a start date in early 2027 for a 6–12 month period in Basel.

Qualifications

• Experience with in vitro experimental methodologies (cell culture, microscopy, ELISA).
• Familiarity with PBPK modeling approaches for biologics is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to report results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on in vitro experiments to assess target degradation and stability of drug candidates.
• Advance PBPK modeling techniques to predict PK profiles of biologics.
• Collaborate with experts to construct and validate bottom-up PBPK models from pre-clinical data.
