Onex M is seeking a BIM engineer for Basel, focusing on modelling building services and coordinating with project teams. The role emphasizes HVAC and sanitary design within BIM, including data management and project ownership.

You'll work in Basel's modern office, join a team delivering pharmaceutical and laboratory projects, with flexible hours and professional development in a digital planning environment.

Formación

• Completed training in HVAC-S field or equivalent.
• Experience in building services planning is a plus.
• Proficient 2D/3D CAD and BIM software such as Revit.
• Initiative, creativity and a reliable working style.
• Very good German skills (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• BIM modelling of building services installations.
• Technical planning, design and sizing of HVAC and sanitary systems.
• Maintenance and structuring of model data (attributes, properties).
• Participation in project meetings, support to project managers and progressive ownership of your own projects.
