We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Compliance & Audit Specialist to support the accuracy, quality, and compliance of our billing and payroll processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing billing and timesheet activity, conducting audits, identifying discrepancies and trends, and ensuring documentation aligns with both individual payer requirements and internal billing and payroll policies.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in ABA or healthcare billing, auditing, compliance, quality, or risk management who enjoys investigating details, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering across teams to strengthen processes.
In this role, success means maintaining a high level of accuracy while helping the organization proactively identify and address billing and compliance risks. You’ll serve as an important partner across operational, clinical, billing, compliance, and HR teams by turning audit findings into actionable improvements.
