Job summary

Michael Page (Switzerland) is seeking an experienced grants manager for a 3-month assignment in Geneva. The role focuses on managing the full grants lifecycle, donor compliance, and reporting for an international humanitarian organization.

You will coordinate with programme, finance and operations teams, prepare donor reports, and support donor stewardship across multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in grants management, donor compliance, and institutional donor relations.
• Strong understanding of the grants lifecycle, including proposal development and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full grant lifecycle, including proposal development, reporting, amendments, and close-out activities.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with programme, finance, and operations teams to gather and consolidate grant-related information.
• Prepare and review high-quality donor reports and funding proposals.
• Monitor grant deadlines, deliverables, and reporting schedules.
• Maintain accurate grant documentation and donor records.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on grants management and donor compliance matters.
• Contribute to effective donor stewardship and relationship management.
