• Strong collaboration across sales, consulting, delivery, and finance.
• Fluent in German and English with a professional demeanor.

• Strategically manage important tenders, WTOs, RfPs, RfIs, and mini-tenders from review to submission.
• Orchestrate the bid process with sales, consulting, solution architects, delivery, and finance.
• Develop win strategies and clearly highlight customer benefits and differentiating features.
• Structure content, responsibilities, and deadlines to form a compelling offer.
• Coordinate reviews and ensure quality, commercial aspects, and content are convincing.
• Contribute to improving bid processes, templates, and AI-supported working methods.
