Your Role

• Work in an IC role ensuring adherence to best practices in BI development and data visualization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and design impactful dashboards using Power BI.
• Use Python to automate data extraction and transformation.
• Oversee ETL processes and integrate data from various sources into Power BI.
• Enhance Power BI reports with Python scripts for advanced analytics and custom calculations.
• Ensure strong data governance, quality, and user-friendly visualization practices.
• Communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Good documentation skills to deliver BRDs, specifications document etc.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in DWH/BI domain with a focus on Power BI development.
• Proficiency in at least two BI tools: Qlik, Power BI, Tableau.
• Showcase experience in 2-3 complete life cycle implementation of BI projects.
• Willingness and readiness to cross-skill in multiple BI tools and platforms.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), including building apps and automating workflows.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
• Basic Python skills for ETL automation, with experience in Pandas, NumPy, and python.
