Job summary

Marionnaud Group in Switzerland is seeking an experienced store manager to lead our Sankt Moritz store. You will coordinate store operations, oversee staff, manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has three to four years in retail, a passion for beauty, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to sales. This full-time role requires flexibility and a customer-focused mindset in a dynamic Alpine location.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of three / four years in the job is required.
• The ideal profile has a passion for the sector, excellent interpersonal skills and a predisposition to assisted sales.
• Flexibility, motivation and knowledge of the main KPI's complete the profile.
• The type of placement will be established in relation to the experience and the current working situation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities that guarantee the correct management of the store and the staff assigned, in compliance with and in achieving the assigned budget and the KPIs required by the company.
• Promote the sale of products by taking care of the customer, advising the latter to purchase the most appropriate product (also through flash tests), and ensuring their loyalty.
• Carry out cash transactions and payments.
• Guarantee the application and compliance with company procedures and commercial policies.
