Job summary

Walo Bertschinger AG in Bern is seeking a construction supervisor to lead sites, organise work preparation and personnel, and ensure cost, schedule and quality targets are met. You will interact with clients and manage on-site teams with a focus on efficiency and safety.

The role requires experience in mastic asphalt, leadership willingness, and strong German/French communication. A valid B license and IT skills with common construction software are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in the field of mastic asphalt.
• Willingness to take on leadership, as well as team- and customer-oriented thinking.
• Basic training in the main construction trade or construction-specific knowledge.
• Further training as a construction supervisor or technician or willingness to do so.
• Very good German and French skills, spoken and written.
• Reliable, flexible and efficient working style.
• Driving licence category B.
• Organisational skills and strong assertiveness.
• Confident use of common IT and construction administration software (MS Office tools, Abacus).
