Job summary

Walo Bertschinger AG in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, seeks an experienced site manager for road and civil construction projects. You will oversee technical and administrative management of construction sites, manage site personnel, handle financial aspects, and support clients and planners.

Quotation management, contract processing, and involvement in cost calculation are part of the role. Proactive, client-focused leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid training and proven experience in road and civil engineering.
• Entrepreneurial, business management thinking.
• Organisational skills and strong assertiveness.
• Experienced in dealing with clients and site management.
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Team player, motivated, flexible and resilient.
• Car driving licence.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage.
