Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in Europe. Fellows will be employed to build their ventures, with a pathway to up to €500k in funding and access to top founders for weekly one‑on‑one sparring.

You will receive a structured development journey, hiring support through a vast professional network, and intensive coaching to position your startup for major funding within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• You will own, build, and run your startup in fields such as B2B.
• You will embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and follow a customised programme.
• You will receive support in hiring through our network of 50,000+ professionals and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• You will receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for multi‑million euro funding.
• You will iterate your product until product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
