Job summary

EWOR GmbH is offering a fellowship for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. You will be employed with a salary while you build, with potential up to €500k in funding.

You’ll receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and access to a top network of founders and investors to support hiring and growth. You will iterate toward product‑market‑fit and build a sales and marketing engine, with guidance aimed at achieving €100M+ revenues and multi‑million euro funding

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as SaaS.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for funding.
• Iterate product with EWOR until product-market-fit and help build a sales/marketing engine.
